We've called Lisa on several occasions when we've had problems with our plumbing. Each time she has been round quickly and fixed the problem to a high standard. One time actually the night before we were due to go on honeymoon my wife and i came home to find water pouring through the ceiling. We called Lisa and not only did she come round that night she stayed until 11pm to stop the leak, and came round early to finish the repairs before our flight meaning we could go away without having to worry about a thing.She is always professional and courteous, she doesn't try and over charge you and i would have no hesitation in recommending her work to anybody else.

Lisa James re-furbished our cloakroom using a modern wc and washbasin with new mixer taps. We were very pleased with Lisa's cheerful nature and friendly approach. She worked to our timetable and she was extremely good at problem solving, it being a refurbishment and we were adding a sink into the cloakroom with concealed cystern. We are extremely pleased with the end result. I love the wc that is placed off of the ground and can be washed under with a mop, and the narrow sink and the taps that work with a light touch. Lisa knew what we wanted and she was very helpful in making sure we achieved it.
